This is particularly useful for businesses or individuals who manage accounts across different platforms.The platform provides tools to monitor social media conversations, mentions, and hashtags in real-time. This helps us to engage with their audience promptly and effectively. Using analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns, measure engagement metrics (such as likes, shares, comments), and generate reports. This data helped us understand our audience better and optimize their social media strategies.
