Throughout the Summer of 2023, I worked with Mary Papadimos, the creator behind the food blog, Up Beet and Kaleing It, as a Social Media Consultant. Throughout this experience, I was able to create a strategic plan for Pinterest, execute the plan, create a media kit for the brand, content strategize, and create graphics for Instagram.

Media Kit

A Media Kit is an informational kit influencers present to companies for a base of what to expect in content and product collaborations. Below is the Media Kit I was able to develop for Up Beet and Kaleing It’s founder, Mary Papadimos.

I developed a strategic plan for the Up Beet and Kaleing It Pinterest. This included researching the target audience for the blog, finding when are the best times to reach this audience are and what content they would like to see. Before implementing this strategic plan, Up Beet and Kaleing It had 30k monthly viewers on Pinterest. When I ended my time running the Up Beet and Kaleing It Pinterest, the page had reached 250k. Now as Mary continues to run her page using this strategy, the page has reached 2.4 million monthly viewers and is growing daily.
